Room is great looks newly renovated with modern furnitures. It’s got work desk, enough outlets. Staff is friendly. Pool not being actively used. Continental breakfast lobby smells horrible needs some work. Overall the stay itself was good, I recommend.
The room was a good size and kept clean every day of our five-day stay. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

They cleaned up everyday and that was a plus. If you left the A/C or Heat on will they turned it off. The bed was made and etc. The room was very clean. I would definitely recommend it. Plus it was close to everything and you can get a taste of the Phoenix Traffic which moves decent.
Stayed here 6 nights because of availability; it exceeded expectations. Rooms were clean/comfortable with daily service, pleasant staff. Amenities are limited to TV, refrigerator and microwave but there is a modest breakfast with plenty nearby; this is far enough from the busy intersection to avoid the noise and traffic.
We had a very amazing stay the staff awesome the breakfast was good. the coffee is better that they make then what is given in the room. the Bed was cozy and my husband liked the room nice and cold and ac allowed for that. The staff cleaned our room daily and the pool was cozy and I enjoyed being able to relax in it daily. Pizzahut delivery was done with ease for us for dinner even. once in our room we barely heard out side noises.
My 2 most important requirements when looking for a hotel are "clean and quiet." This hotel met both. Updated rooms. Continental-style breakfast. Convenient to Spring baseball in Peoria and Phoenix Raceway. The host, Mehesh, is a gracious and helpful gentleman. Not intrusive, and he is there to answer any questions you may have.
